The facilities were very clean. Everything worked perfectly, including the shower and fridge (which is always a relief). Room service was completed daily. I found parking easy to pre-book. It is also secured underground.

The room had a fridge, as well as coffee and water. Hot water was available all day.
The room was NOT ready at check-in time. Two men entered while we were in the room to remove the sofa and replace it with my son's bed. The TV needed tuning, so maintenance came in to fix that. On day three, sewage odors emerged from the en suite. This was even worse on day four, our departure day.

mixed feelings about this stay

the location suited my needs well enough.
The cleanliness was not up to standard. I found the floor under the sofa bed to be quite filthy. the filtered water dispenser on my floor was also out of order. housekeeping seemed to rush me on my departure day. I did not appreciate the pressure.

I found the location quite convenient. It was close to bus stops. The most famous spots in the city were easily accessible. The staff was very friendly, I must say.
The gym was a bit smaller than I expected though, but it still served its purpose.

Convenient stay near key attractions

convenient locationcoffee shopsroom kettlehelpful staff
The location was very convenient, with access to the Underground. I found a couple of coffee shops nearby, perfect for a quick morning stop. The room included a kettle alongside tea and coffee, ALWAYS useful. I appreciated the helpful staff at the reception DESK.
The water dispenser on my floor seemed to only provide tepid water, disappointing.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast offered many choices, but I found the quality average. There were no issues getting a table and the service was efficient. The breakfast setup included typical English breakfast items.
Facilities
8/10
The gym contained enough equipment for a basic workout. It had several treadmills. The hotel featured a spa area, A PLACE for relaxation. Filtered water was available, but the dispenser condition VARIED.
Location

The hotel is near public transport, with access to attractions. I walked to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey in about fifteen minutes. THE imperial war museum is also nearby.

Efficient Stay Close to Attractions

great varietyhot waterhelpful staffmodern hotel
I was impressed with the breakfast. It offered a great variety and was good value for my group. The room included a fridge, coffee, and water, convenient. Hot water was available all day (a definite plus). The staff was excellent. They were very modern and helpful.
The 'executive room' felt basic. The bed reminded me of a budget motel, and it seemed overpriced overall.
Rooms
8/10
The room had a sofa bed suitable for two children. My room was warm and clean upon arrival. There was hot water available at all times, (a necessity for me).
Service
9/10
Staff greeted guests with water at the entrance, a nice touch. The team was friendly and good at their jobs. They managed requests efficiently.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel is very disabled-friendly. Breakfast had a sufficient variety of options. The hotel location made it easy to reach tourist spots via convenient bus stops.
Location

The hotel is next to Lambeth Palace. I walked to central attractions like the Eye. Affordable dining and shopping are nearby along cute streets.
